Though nothing is official, the creepy kid is almost certainly Hunter, the baby who was kidnapped by a demon-possessed Katie in Paranormal Activity 2. It’s unclear who the child lives with. Katie? A foster family? Adoptive parents? While Alex is video chatting with her friend one night, she sees the kid lurking in her driveway and that’s when things start to get freaky.
